After a CrossFit Coach helped me prepare for a Strong Woman competition, I signed up for the Open, even though I had no idea what CrossFit was. I quickly regretted my decision in the first half hour of the first workout , but a few weeks later, I became hooked. In 2019, I started coaching as a hobby and soon realized that it was what I wanted to do with my life. My strength lies in weightlifting, and my favorite WOD is Fight Gone Bad. I particularly enjoy snatching and running with heavy objects. My significant achievements include winning Scotland's Strongest Novice in 2016 and becoming Europe's Masters Weightlifting Champion in my category in 2024.

After following the sport for a number of years I started CrossFit in 2017. A Crossfit affiliate is like no other gym. There are no tricks, fads or frills, just fitness as defined by CrossFit (work capacity across broad time and modal domains) . I definitely have favorite movements and workouts, however testing my capacity regardless of what’s programmed is what I enjoy the most. As a coach, I love watching the apprehension of new members turn to the same passion I have after a single class. CrossFit just works, simple. You might be put off by the specimens you see at the CrossFit Games, the highest level of our sport, but this is not what we teach at the affiliates. So give it a go and your life will change for the better.

I began training CrossFit in 2017 and fell in love with it. I obtained my CrossFit Level 1 certification in 2021 and a few months later started coaching. I love the community in the classes, which makes training much more fun. My favorite exercises are deadlifts, running, and strict body-weight movements. One of my favorite wods is Diane. My least favorite movements are double-unders and wall balls. Two of my biggest achievements are getting a muscle-up and running a half marathon.

After retiring from boxing in 2022 I was looking for a new challenge, and I found that in CrossFit. My passion led me to begin coaching in December 2023. I love helping other people achieve their goals.
My favorite thing about CrossFit is that it is different every day and always challenging. Lifting heavy always puts me in the best mood. I don’t even have a favorite wod, I love them all. My favorite movements are pull-ups and squats. My most significant achievements are completing a 103km ultra-marathon and winning the Glacier Games Scaled mixed pairs.

I started CrossFit in 2014. I got bored of bro lifting and needed something more challenging. I started coaching because I believe CrossFit works and enjoy watching the progress by our members! My favourite thing about it is that you can have 3 different generations of people doing different variations of the same workout but still working with the same amount of intensity. I love everything that includes lower body training, and my absolute favourite wod is Diane. I could split jerk all day, but I have a love hate relationship with the snatch. I think keeping three kids alive is my biggest achievement.
